STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 605.5-Extension cords Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring.
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures,extended
through walls,ceilings or floors,or under doors or floor coverings,nor shall such
cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall
be used only with portable appliances.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:A.remove extension cords permanently attached
to fence out doors by volleyball court. B.remove extension cord and faulty light from
kitchen.
FAIL 904.12.6.2-Extinguishing Automatic fire-extinguishing systems shall be serviced at least every six months and
system service after activation of the system. Inspection shall be by qualified individuals,and a
certificate of inspection shall be forwarded to the fire code official upon completion.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:provide current semi-annual fire suppression
inspection report with all discrepancies corrected.Contractor must upload online to
the compliance engine.
