STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 315.3.1 -Ceiling clearance Storage shall be maintained 2 feet(610 mm)or more below the ceiling in
nonsprinklered areas of buildings or not less than 18 inches(457 mm)below
sprinkler head deflectors in sprinklered areas of buildings.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Storage was still not reduced at back of
store.Storage need to be a minimum of 24"inches below ceiling.
FAIL 605.4-Multiplug adapters Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device
not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments: Multi-plug adapter still in use in front of
store. Gatorade and Dr. Pepper machines need direct connection to wall outlet.
Obtain services of licensed electrical professional to install permanent outlets with
proper permits&inspections.
