STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1031.2-Reliability Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:provide opportunity for inspector to test exit
doors.
FAIL 5.2.1 -Annual sprinkler Sprinklers shall be inspected at least annually by licensed contractor
system inspection
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:Fire Sprinkler inspection performed 8/7/21 by
Ahearn lists discrepancies with the anti-freeze levels.Corrections must be uploaded
online to compliance engine by contractor.
FAIL 509.2-Equipment access Approved access shall be provided and maintained for all fire protection equipment
to permit immediate safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.Storage,
trash and other materials or objects shall not be placed or kept in such a manner
that would prevent such equipment from being readily accessible.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:Remove all obstructions to fire sprinkler riser in
back room. Maintain a minimum of 36"clearance at all times.
FAIL 604.2.12-Means of egress Emergency power shall be provided for means of egress illumination in accordance
illumination with Sections 1008.3 and 1104.5.1.
