STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 604.2.5-Exit signs Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than
90 minutes.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: Repair/replace exit sign above main door. Base is
broken and hanging by 2 zip ties.
FAIL 605.5-Extension cords Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring.
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures,extended
through walls,ceilings or floors,or under doors or floor coverings,nor shall such
cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall
be used only with portable appliances.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:remove electrical cords from wall by check out for
red full cooler and freezer.
FAIL 605.6-Unapproved Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited.Approved covers
conditions shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:replace missing/broken outlet cover on outside
west wall.
FAIL 609.3.3-Cleaning Hoods,grease-removal devices,fans,ducts and other appurtenances shall be
cleaned at intervals as required by Sections 609.3.3.1 through 609.3.3.3.

inspection with all discrepancies corrected.Contractor must upload online to the
compliance engine.

Records for cleanings shall state the individual and company performing the cleaning
and when the cleaning took place.Such records shall be completed after each

fire suppression inspection with all discrepancies corrected.Contractor must upload
online to the compliance engine.
FAIL 904.12.6.2-Extinguishing Automatic fire-extinguishing systems shall be serviced at least every six months and
system service after activation of the system. Inspection shall be by qualified individuals,and a
certificate of inspection shall be forwarded to the fire code official upon completion.
