Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of August 2026; at 5;30 p.m., In
the Harold E Getty Council Chambers
In the City Hat in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearingwill be held by
the Council o1 the ity of Waterloo.
Iowa, to authorize the sale and con-
veyance of 315 E. 4th Street to Try
Pie in the amount of $1.00, including
a Development and Minimum Assess-
ment Agreement in the amount of
$565,000.00 for 315 E. 4th Street and
311 E. 4th Street, legally described as
follows:
A part of Lots Nos. 5 and 6 m Block
No. 29 in the Original Plat. on the East
Side of the Cedar River, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows: Commencing
at a point on the Southeasterly line of
said Lot No. 5 that is 140 feet South-
westerly of the Northeasterly comer
of said Block No. 29; thence running
Northwesterly along a line parallel
with the Northeasterly line of said Lots
Nos. 5 and 6 to the Southeasterly line
of the alley running through said Block
No. 29, thence Southwesterly along
the Southeasterly line of said alley 20
feet more or less to a point that Is 20
feet Northeasterly of the Southwester-
ly line of said Lot No. 6; thence South-
easterly to a point on the Southeaster-
ly line of said Lot No. 5 that is 20 feet
Northeasterly of the most Southerly
