TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of August 2026, at 5:30 p.m., In
the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearingwill be held by
the Council of the ity of Waterloo.
Iowa, to authorize the sale and con-
veyance of approximately 966 square -
feet of City -owned property, located
north and south of 1130 Ansborough
Avenue, to Pebble Hill, LLC, a Dela-
ware limited liability company, in the
amount of $7,728.80, subject to the
retention of an easement over. under,
upon, and across the described tracts,
legally described as follows:
Tract 1 Description:That portion of
the alley in Block 17, Downing Place.
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, lying South of line between a
point on the West line of Lot 16 that is
12 feet south of the Northwest corner
of Lot 16 and a point on the East line
of Lot 11 that is 58 feet north of the
Northeast corner of Lot 12 and lying
North of a line between a point on the
West line of Lot 16 that Is 57 feet north
of the Southwest corner of Lot 15 and
a point on the East line of Lot 12 that
is 41 feet north of the Southeast cor-
ner of Lot 12.
Tract 2 Description:
That portion of the alley in Block 17,
Downing Place, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County. Iowa, lying South
of a line between the Northeast corner
of Lot 13 and the Northwest corner of
Lot 14 and lying North of a line be-
tween the Southeast corner of Lot 13
and the Southwest corner of Lot 14.
Reserving an easement for public util-
ities over, under, upon, and across the
described tracts.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo. Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
