Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd
day of August 2026, at 5:30 p.m., In
the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
In the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearin will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to authorize the sale and con-
veyance of 12,157 square feet of clty-
owned property at the north-west cor-
ner of Larkspur Drive and Cimmarron
Lane, in the amount of $20,000.00 to
E&C Investments, for the construction
of a new single-family home includ-
ing a Development Agreement and
Minimum Assessment Agreement
of $430,000,00, legally described as
follows:
Parcel 'Y" of the Southeast 1/4, Sec-
tion 13, Township 88 North, Range 13
West, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, as per survey recorded
as document number 2019-17389 In
the Black Hawk County Recorder's
Office.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the

before the date set for said hearing.
