PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on the 3rd
day of August 2026 at 5:30 pm. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall In
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunc-
tion wth Asbestos Abatement Ser-
vices, Contract No. AB-2026-07-01 P.
The proposed plans, specifications,
and form of contract for said project
are now on file In the office of the
City Clerk for public examination,
and any person Interested therein
may file written objection thereto with
the City Clerk before the date set for
said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for said hearing, or
appear and make objection thereto at
the meeting set forth above.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
Published pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 26 of the City Code of Iowa
and upon order to the City Council of
said Waterloo, Iowa, on the 6th day of
