STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 308.1.4-Open-flame cooking Charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices shall not be operated on
devices combustible balconies or within 10 feet(3048 mm)of combustible construction.
Exceptions: 1.One-and two-family dwellings.2.Where buildings,balconies and decks
are protected by an automatic sprinkler system. 3. LP-gas cooking devices having LP-
gas container with a water capacity not greater than 2 1/2 pounds[nominal 1 pound
(0.454 kg)LP-gas capacity].

Structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by
approved processes that will not be injurious to human health.After pest elimination,
proper precautions shall be taken to prevent re-infestation. Infestation still in
apartment.

within the structure prior to renting or leasing the structure. Possible in wails coming
from baseboards. Exterminate infestation in unit.
