STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1031.2-Reliability Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Egress path blocked at front entrance.
Furniture and debris in hallway causing obstructions. Debris in basement has not
been removed. Items/debris on main level interior still blocking front entrance.
FAIL 315.1 -General Storage shall be in accordance with Sections 315.2 through 315.5.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Storage and debris in basement needs
removed. Need 3 ft.clearance to electric panels.
FAIL 9-Complaint Field Upon visual inspection does situation match the complaints concerns?Fail to
Verification indicate that the complaint was found to be valid and use the codes tab to document
what violations were noted.If no violations are noted, pass and use the notes section

FAIL 907.2.11 -Single-and Listed single-and multiple-station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be
multiple-station smoke installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72.

meet code requirements.Smoke detectors also required in basement.

Sections 915.1.1 through 915.b.Carbon monoxide detection shall be installed in
existing buildings in accordance with Section 1103.9.

capable of supporting normally imposed loads and shall be maintained in good
condition. Handrail is still missing to basement.
BARRY STRATTON-01/03/2022 @ 14:04 605.1 Installation. Electrical equipment,wiring and appliances shall be properly
installed and maintained in a safe and approved manner. Need clear path to electrical
panels in basement.
BARRY STRATTON-01/03/2022 @ 14:05 106.4 Violation penalties.Any person who shall violate a provision of this code,or fail
to comply therewith,or with any of the requirements thereof,shall be prosecuted
within the limits provided by state or local laws. Each day that a violation continues
after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
