BARRY STRATTON-12/03/2021 @ 10:30 403.6 Mold Present In A Rental Unit.a.When mold is found to be visibly present in
small amounts, it can be cleaned in a safe and sanitary manner. b.When mold is found
in a rental unit and is determined to be a health risk,the building official may order
that a clean air report be obtained from a mold specialist approved by the building
official. Mold mitigation is needed in unit.

Structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by
approved processes that will not be injurious to human health.After pest elimination,
proper precautions shall be taken to prevent reinfestation.
