Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Water damaged drywall in 1st bedroom.
Wall has water damage and mold growth. Remove all damaged drywall and stop
moisture/water then replace drywall.Closet doors in living room and 1st bedroom
falling off tracks and doors do not function.Mice need exterminated.Carpet in
hallway and living room has water damage. Remove damaged carpet and replace.
Bathroom floor has water damage.Remove ail damaged flooring and replace.

Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Exhaust fan over stove does not work and
needs replaced.Some Burners on stove do not work.

order,and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects and be capable of
performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed.Plumbing
fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,sanitary and functional condition.Toilet needs
reset on floor and need new wax ring installed.Kitchen sink is leaking and catching
water in a bucket.

and other outside opening required for ventilation of habitable rooms,food
preparation areas,food service areas or any areas where products to be included or
utilized in food for human consumption are processed, manufactured,packaged or
stored shall be supplied with approved tightly fitting screens of minimum 16 mesh per
inch(16 mesh per 25 mm),and every screen door used for insect control shall have a
self-closing device in good working condition.Need window screens on all windows.
Some screens broken and some missing.

be kept in sound condition,good repair and weather tight.Windows have condensate
build up on windows from poor air quality. Mold/Mildew forming on frame/tracks of
windows.

maintained in good,clean and sanitary condition.Peeling,chipping,flaking or abraded
paint shall be repaired,removed or covered.Cracked or loose plaster,decayed wood
and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.

small amounts,it can be cleaned in a safe and sanitary manner.b.When mold is found
in a rental unit and is determined to be a health risk,the building official may order
that a clean air report be obtained from a mold specialist approved by the building
official.

to comply therewith,or with any of the requirements thereof,shall be prosecuted
within the limits provided by state or local laws. Each day that a violation continues
after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
