Wall has water damage and mold growth. Remove all damaged drywall and stop moisture/water then replace drywall.Closet doors in living room and 1st bedroom falling off tracks and doors do not function.Mice need exterminated.Carpet in hallway and living room has water damage. Remove damaged carpet and replace. Bathroom floor has water damage.Remove ail damaged flooring and replace. Every window,skylight,door and frame shall be kept in sound condition,good repair and weather tight.Windows have condensate build up on windows from poor air quality.
