FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:All interior doors are not capable of closing
and latching.
FAIL 1031.7-Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following:Required
emergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars,grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of a key,tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Bedroom in basement does not have an
egress window.House is only a 2 bedroom house and bedroom in basement is non-
conforming and needs removed.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Grounding strap loose on water pipe. Bath
outlet is not working. Bedroom outlet has hot/neutral reversed.Outlets need
replaced that have tension strength issues. Kitchen lights all need to be in working
condition.
FAIL 907.2.11 -Single-and Listed single-and multiple-station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be
multiple-station smoke installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72.

not fit reasonably in its opening.
FAIL R6-interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Peeling paint,doors do not close and latch,
tub surround&tub need replaced, kitchen floor needs replaced,kitchen cabinets
missing doors,carpet is torn in areas and needs replaced.Need transition strips on
carpet in required floor transitions. Mice in unit needs exterminated. Basement has
leak coming from ceiling dropping sticky substance.

from bath fan not working to manufactures specifications.
FAIL R6.B.-Residential Heating Are dwellings provided with heating facilities capable of maintaining a room
temperature of 68F?(IPMC 602.2)
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Need registers to be secured on all walls
and ducts to be connected to manufactures specifications. Register covers not on
terminations from walls.
FAIL R6.C.-Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working
condition?(iPMC 603.1)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Refrigerator not cooling and another
refrigerator in house is nasty and needs cleaned.

registered.

must be accurate and complete. No person shall provide inaccurate information for
the registration of a rental unit. Failure to provide the information required for such
registration shall be grounds for denial or nonrenewal.The landlord or the designated
responsible local agent shall sign the registration form,certifying to the accuracy and
completeness of the information provided.When the owner is not a natural person,
the owner information shall be that of the president,general manager or other chief
executive of the organization.When more than one person has an ownership interest,
the required information shall be provided on the registration form for each owner.
Currently manager is not licensed as a property manager.

condition. Need handrails on basement stairs.

the notice.4. Failure to comply with the provisions of a mitigation or remediation plan
