STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 603.1.7-Clearances Working clearances between oil-fired appliances and electrical panelboards and
equipment shall be in accordance with NFPA 70.Clearances between oil-fired
equipment and oil supply tanks shall be in accordance with NFPA 31.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Mechanical room storage need clearance
around furnace and water heater.
FAIL R6-Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Bathroom ceiling leaking water from a leak
in the above unit. Damaged drywall in bathroom.Ceiling will need removed and
replaced.Correct leak in the above unit#12.Bathroom floor tile needs replaced.
Storage in mechanical closet.All items in mechanical closet needs removed. Rodent
infestation. Holes in walls needs repaired.

Structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by
approved processes that will not be injurious to human health.After pest elimination,
proper precautions shall be taken to prevent re-infestation.(Cockroaches)

maintained in good,clean and sanitary condition.Peeling,chipping,flaking or abraded
paint shall be repaired,removed or covered.Cracked or loose plaster,decayed wood
and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.Ceiling in Unit#8 and
possible the floor in unit#12 from possible toilet leaking.
