Electric panel has neutrals and grounds together,each need there own bar. Kitchen outlets not working and refrigerator plugged into extension cord running to basement. Appliances need direct connection to outlet. Have licensed electric professional replace outlets,dryer outlet and electric panel corrections. No permits obtained yet for corrections to be corrected.
