FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
operable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Front and rear doors need replaced. Door
hardware missing and some security hardware around jambs are broken, missing.
Door hardware missing on bathroom door. Front door hinges are not set in jamb
and door not secure in jamb.Threshold in jamb is rotten.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Several outlets can not be plugged into.
Electric panel in basement missing cover.220V dryer outlet not working. Electric
panel has neutrals and grounds together,each need there own bar. Kitchen outlets
not working and refrigerator plugged into extension cord running to basement.
Appliances need direct connection to outlet. Have licensed electric professional
replace outlets,dryer outlet and electric panel corrections. No permits obtained yet
for corrections to be corrected.
FAIL 605.5-Extension cords Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring.
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures,extended
through walls,ceilings or floors,or under doors or floor coverings,nor shall such
cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall
be used only with portable appliances.

replaced,kitchen ceiling has holes, Kitchen cabinets missing doors,broken basement
windows, replace all broken glass.float in toilet needs replaced.Peeling and abraded
paint throughout.

or housekeeping units shall be provided with devices designed to provide security for
the occupants and property within.304.18.1 Doors. Doors providing access to a
dwelling unit, rooming unit or housekeeping unit that is rented,leased or let shall be
equipped with a deadbolt lock designed to be readily openable from the side from
which egress is to be made without the need for keys,special knowledge or effort and
shall have a minimum lock throw of 1 inch(25 mm),Such deadbolt locks shall be
installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and maintained in good
working order. For the purpose of this section,a sliding bolt shall not be considered an
acceptable deadbolt lock. Hinges not secure door and jamb.

order,and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects and be capable of
performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed. Plumbing
fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,sanitary and functional condition. Bathroom
shower needs new surround and new faucet/shower head installed on tub.Toilet also
needs new float installed in toilet.

inadequate service,improper fusing,insufficient receptacle and lighting outlets,
improper wiring or installation,deterioration or damage,or for similar reasons,the
code official shall require the defects to be corrected to eliminate the hazard.

defects that admit rain. Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness or
deterioration in the walls or interior portion of the structure. Roof drains,gutters and
downspouts shall be maintained in good repair and free from obstructions. Roof water
shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance. Leak in bathroom
ceiling.

hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances to dwelling
units and sleeping units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors
shall be in accordance with Section 702.3.Trim around door needs repaired.

to comply therewith,or with any of the requirements thereof, shall beprosecuted
within the limits provided by state or local laws. Each day that a violation continues
