FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments: Padlock and hasp locks need removed from
basement door.Still not corrected.
FAIL 1018.1 -General Aisles and aisle accessways serving as a portion of the exit access in the means of
egress system shall comply with the requirements of this section.Aisles or aisle
accessways shall be provided from all occupied portions of the exit access that
contain seats,tables,furnishings, displays and similar fixtures or equipment.The
minimum width or required capacity of aisles shall be unobstructed. Exception:
Encroachments complying with Section 1005.7.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:
FAIL 505.1 -Address identification New and existing buildings shall be provided with approved address identification.
The address identification shall be legible and placed in a position that is visible from
the street or road fronting the property.Address identification characters shall
contrast with their background.Address numbers shall be Arabic numbers or
alphabetical letters. Numbers shall not be spelled out. Each character shall be not
less than 4 inches(102 mm)high with a minimum stroke width of 1/2(12.7 mm).
Where required by the fire code official,address identification shall be provided in
additional approved locations to facilitate emergency response.Where access is by
means of a private road and the building cannot be viewed from the public way,a
monument,pole or other sign or means shall be used to identify the structure.
Address identification shall be maintained.

numbers.
FAIL 605.1 -Aoatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

order,and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects and be capable of
performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed.Plumbing
fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,sanitary and functional condition. Large leak in
basement with water being caught in buckets.

constitutes a hazard to the occupants or the structure by reason of inadequate
service, inadequate venting,cross connection, backsiphonage,improper installation,
deterioration or damage or for similar reasons,the code official shall require the
defects to be corrected to eliminate the hazard.

capable of maintaining a room temperature of 68°F(20°C)in all habitable rooms,
bathrooms and toilet rooms based on the winter outdoor design temperature for the
locality indicated in Appendix D of the International Plumbing Code.Cooking
appliances shall not be used, nor shall portable unvented fuel-burning space heaters
be used,as a means to provide required heating.
