Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Damaged drywall still not replaced in
bedroom from water damage. Mold potential on back side of drywall to continue to
form on drywall.

small amounts, it can be cleaned in a safe and sanitary manner. b.When mold is found
in a rental unit and is determined to be a health risk,the building official may order
that a clean air report be obtained from a mold specialist approved by the building
official. Potential for mold spores to form from damage on wet drywall.
