STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Front door still not closing within the jamb. FAIL 2015 lFC-Fire alarm testing Is the fire alarm system powered,operational and displaying normal operation(no and maintenance troubles,supervisory,or alarms)? Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Alarm Maintenance still not completed. FAIL 703.2-Opening protectives Opening protectives shall be maintained in an operative condition in accordance with NFPA 80.Where allowed by the fire code official,the application of field-applied labels associated with the maintenance of opening protectives shall follow the requirements of the approved third-party certification organization accredited for listing the opening protective. Fire doors and smoke barrier doors shall not be blocked or obstructed,or otherwise made inoperable. Fusible links shall be replaced promptly whenever fused or damaged. Fire door assemblies shall not be modified. Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments: FAIL 901.6-Inspection,testing and Fire detection,alarm,and extinguishing systems,mechanical smoke exhaust maintenance systems,and smoke and heat vents shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times,and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected,tested and maintained or removed.
