lights Plugged into extension cords running under doors form apartments and some
wired into baseboard heaters.
FAIL 10312 Re|iabi|icy Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.

FAIL 005.1 Abacennent of identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices'appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

to be in working condition.Outlets in unit 2 need repaired since upper portion does
not work. Extension cords wired into baseboard heaters need removed.Shop lights

FAIL 703.2-Opening protectives Opening protectives shall be maintained in an operative condition in accordance with
NFPA 80.Where allowed by the fire code official,the application of field-applied labels
associated with the maintenance of opening protectives shall follow the
requirements of the approved third-party certification organization accredited for
listing the opening protective. Fire doors and smoke barrier doors shall not be
blocked or obstructed,or otherwise made inoperable. Fusible links shall be replaced
promptly whenever fused or damaged. Fire door assemblies shall not be modified.

held in open position.
FAIL 901.6-Inspection,testing and Fire detection,alarm,and extinguishing systems,mechanical smoke exhaust
maintenance systems,and smoke and heat vents shall be maintained in an operative condition at
all times,and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire

removed.

construction,except Group R-3 occupancies, in accordance with Section 3315.1. 5.

those in the proximity of any structure because of explosives,explosive fumes or
