FAIL 1018.1 General Aisles and aisle accessways serving as a portion of the exit access in the means of
egress system shall comply with the requirements of this section.Aisles or aisle
accessvvays shall be provided from all occupied portions of the exit access that
contain seats,tables,furnishings, displays and similar fixtures or equipment.The

FAIL 1031.2 Reliability Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or ocher
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.

FAIL 1031.7 Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following: Required
ernergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars'grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of key'tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.

FAIL 585.1 Address identification New and existing buildings shall be provided with approved address identification.
The address identification shall be legible and placed in a position that is visible from
the street or road fronting the property.Address identification characters shall
contrast with their background.Address numbers shall be Arabic numbers or
alphabetical letters. Numbers shall not be spelled out. Each character shall be not
less than 4 inches(102mm)high with aminimum stroke width of1/2(127mm).
Where required by the fire code official,address identification shall be provided in
additional approved locations to facilitate ernergency response.Where access is by
means of a private road and the building cannot be viewed frorn the public way,a
monument,pole or other sign or means shall be used to identify the structure.

FAIL 605.1 Abatement of identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
darnaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

removed. Exhaust fan above stove has exposed wires.Outlets not working. Extension

"This Structure Is Unsafe and Its Occupancy Has Been Prohibited by the Code Official."
It shall be unlawful for any person to enter-such structure except for-the put-pose of
securing the structure, making the required repairs, removing the hazardous
condition orof demolishing the same.
