minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time

windows, replace all broken glass.float in toilet needs replaced.Peeling and abraded
paint throughout.

order,and shall be kept free frorn obstructions, leaks and defects and be capable of
performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed. Plumbing
fixtures shall be maintained in a safe' sanitary and functional condition. Bathroom
shower needs new surround and new faucet/shower head installed on tub.Toilet also
needs new float installed intoilet.
