FAIL 1010.1.9- Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Rear door and bedroom doors.
FAIL 1031.7-Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following: Required
emergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars,grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of a key,tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Bedroom in basement with no egress
window.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Electric outlets have tension strength
issues.Check all outlets and change bad outlets. Extension cord running to
microwave.Appliances need direct connection.

FAIL R6- Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Bedroom doors not attached to jambs.
Rear door does not shut and secure.Security deadbolt does not set in lockset in
jamb. Replace rear door and jamb assembly.

registered annually as required by this chapter.

BARRY STRATTON-03/31/2022 @ 09:42 304.15 Doors. Exterior doors,door assemblies,operator systems if provided,and
hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances to dwelling
units and sleeping units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors
shall be in accordance with Section 702.3.
BARRY STRATTON-03/31/2022 @ 09:42 304.18.1 Doors. Doors providing access to a dwelling unit,rooming unit or
housekeeping unit that is rented,leased or let shall be equipped with a deadbolt lock
designed to be readily openable from the side from which egress is to be made
without the need for keys,special knowledge or effort and shall have a minimum lock
throw of 1 inch(25 mm).Such deadbolt locks shall be installed according to the
manufacturer's specifications and maintained in good working order. For the purpose
of this section,a sliding bolt shall not be considered an acceptable deadbolt lock.

capable of supporting normally imposed loads and shall be maintained in good
condition.(Handrails missing going to basement).

order,and shall be kept free from obstructions,leaks and defects and be capable of
performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed. Plumbing
fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,sanitary and functional condition.(Drainage
issues with sink&Tub).
