GENERAL NOTES
Randy Girsch-0811912026 @ 12:41
Property Safety Inspector Randy Girsch-319-961-1450.On August 11th 2026 at about 1403hrs I called and spoke with Alexis Even in reference to the
property located at 704 and 704 112 West 1st Street in Waterloo.I advised her that the properties were not registered with the city and also needed a safety
inspection. She gave me the information for Derick Rogers and stated he would handle the inspections.I called Rogers and advised him I needed to
inspect the duplex. We agreed upon Thursday August 13th at 1300hrs.On that date and time arrived at the address and waited approximately 20 minutes
for Rogers. He never arrived. On Monday August 17th at about 1237hrs I texted Rogers and asked when he would like to reschedule. At the time of this
report I have gotten no response.Due to the fact that Rogers did not keep the appointment we agreed up it is a$100.00 fee per unit. Also at the time of
this report the property still has not been registered with the city.I expect both sides of the duplex to be registered and the owner or a representative to
be at the unit at 9am on Friday August 28th 2026.
