All Bidders submitting a bid on the above contract shall carefully read this Addendum and give it
consideration in the preparation of their bid.

I. The following are revisions in the estimated quantities in the Form of Bid or Proposal:

II. On Plan Sheet 62, TABLES for Kingbard Blvd..: The sanitary pipe information for SAP-3
is not shown in the SANITARY SEWER PIPE table. Include the following PIPE, SIZE,
LENGTH and SLOPE information for SAP-3: PIPE: SAP-3 SIZE: 10"
LENGTH: 70.0' SLOPE: 4.80%
Revised plan sheet to be issued to low bidder.
III. On Plan Sheets 73 and 74, Plan and Profile for Mobile Street, the existing plan view
shows an existing pipe going east out of SA-4. There is an existing pipe going east out
of SA-3A but not out of SA-4. Use Invert of 843.41 for pipe going east at SA-3A.
Revised plan sheets to be issued to low bidder.
IV. On Kingbard Blvd. notes on the plans indicate "Contractor to Remove Existing Sanitary
Sewer and Services (Incidental)" this note applies to locations where the existing and
proposed sanitary mains are three feet or less from each other. Where greater than
three feet the contractor may abandon the existing sanitary main by having it filled with
flow able mortar as per the requirements for Bid Item 96, Abandon Sanitary Sewer, 10".
Payment to be made through Bid Item 96 for all sizes abandoned.
V. Item 60, REMOVE/REPLACE LANDSCAPING AT PEOPLE'S SQUARE:
Please see attached picture of this item.

VI. The following is a revision to the Division II Water Main Replacement and Extension
Special Conditions: On page 3 of 16, Article 2.4, Replace the first sentence as follows:
"All service connections larger than 1" shall use pipe service saddles. All service
connections 1" and smaller shall be direct tapped."
VII. Use revised Form of Bid Page 5 of 9 pages included in this addendum.
Any revisions to any of the Contract Documents made by this Addendum shall be considered as
the same revision to any and all related areas of the Contract Documents not specifically called out
in this Addendum.
The bidder shall nowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting the number and date in the
