For consideration of One Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a municipality organized and existing under the laws of Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to
Pebble Hill, LLC all our right,title, interest, estate, claim and demand in the following described
real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
The legal description of the real estate conveyed hereby is set forth on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Tract 1:
That portion of the alley in Block 17, Downing Place, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, lying South of line between a point on the West line of Lot
16 that is 12 feet south of the Northwest corner of Lot 16 and a point on the East
line of Lot 11 that is 58 feet north of the Northeast corner of Lot 12 and lying
North of a line between a point on the West line of Lot 16 that is 57 feet north of
the Southwest corner of Lot 15 and a point on the East line of Lot 12 that is 41
feet north of the Southeast corner of Lot 12.
Tract 2:
That portion of the alley in Block 17,Downing Place, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, lying South of a line between the Northeast corner of Lot 13
and the Northwest corner of Lot 14 and lying North of a line between the
Southeast corner of Lot 13 and the Southwest corner of Lot 14.
Reserving an easement for public utilities over, under,upon, and across the
described tracts.
This deed is exempt according to Iowa Code 428A.2(6).
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower,homestead and distributive
share in and to the real estate. Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall
be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according
to the context.
