Recommended City Council Action:
It is recommended that Council approve these documents, set April 8, 2013, as the date for the
public hearing and bid opening and instruct the City Clerk to publish said notices.

Transmitted herewith are the Plans and Specifications for the F.Y. 2013 Storm Water Pump
Stations (Virden Creek, Westfield Avenue and Vinton Street), Contract No. 831, as prepared by
Stanley Consultants.

Background Information:
This is to build new pump stations at Vinton Street and Westfield Avenue and rehabilitate the
pump station on Virden Creek.
