RESOLUTION NO. 2001-407
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY BORWIG BUILDING SERVICE OF WATERLOO, IOWA
FOR F.Y. 2000 BRIDGE PAINTING AND REPAIR
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 598 AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Borwig Building Service of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 2000 Bridge
Painting and Repair Program, Contract No. 598, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2001 .
