RESOLUTION NO. 2013-963
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO MURPHY TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT CO. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT
SNOW REMOVAL OPERATIONS, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$54,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $54,000.00, in conjunction with the Rental
of Three (3) Motor Graders to Support Snow Removal Operations
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2013-923, after
public hearing on November 12, 2013 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 2013.
