RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 15, 2010, in which the Waterloo
Water Works shall pay for the entire cost of construction of the
water main in the proposed corridor (Division II) and the City of
Waterloo shall be responsible for the entire cost of construction
of the Amphitheater Project in the proposed corridor (Division
I) , in conjunction with the F.Y. 2010 River Renaissance Lower
Plaza, Contract No. 763 , by and between the Waterloo Water Works
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010 .

Recommended City Council Action:
Staff has reviewed this agreement and recommends Council approve this document and authorizes
Mayor to sign and enter into said agreement.
Summary Statement
This is an agreement between the City of Waterloo and the Waterloo Water Works related to the
Lower Plaza/Amphitheater Project and water main extension that are to be constructed in the
same corridor, in which the parties have interest.
This agreement is available in the Clerk's Office if you wish to review it in its entirety.
