RESOLUTION NO. 2026-373
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY
DGOGWATERL0002142024, LLC, TO DEDICATE RIGHT-
OF-WAY NEAR 4803 SERGEANT ROAD FOR THE
EXTENSION OF CHARM DRIVE AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, DGOGWATERL0002142024, LLC, has submitted a request to dedicate
right-of-way near 4803 Sergeant Road for the extension of Charm Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of said right-of-way dedication is in the
best interest of the City of Waterloo and will facilitate the extension of Charm Drive; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the execution of documents related to the
dedication of said right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The request by DGOGWATERL0002142024, LLC, to dedicate right-of-way near
4803 Sergeant Road for the extension of Charm Drive, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2026.

SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SW'/4; THENCE NORTH
00°43'22" WEST A DISTANCE OF 1067.42 FEET ON AN
ASSUMED BEARING ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID SW1/4, TO
THE SOUTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U.S.
HIGHWAY NO. 63; THENCE SOUTH 35°08'19" WEST A
DISTANCE OF 83.52 FEET ON SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, TO
