RESOLUTION NO. 2026-412
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RENEWAL AGREEMENT
WITH MANPOWER GROUP US, INC., FOR RATES AND
FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE COORDINATION OF
TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
THE HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, utilizes temporary staffing services to meet
operational and workforce needs on an as -needed basis; and
WHEREAS, Manpower Group US, Inc., has submitted a renewal agreement establishing
the rates and fees associated with the coordination and provision of temporary staffing services
for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that renewal of the agreement with ManpowerGroup
US, Inc., is in the best interests of the City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The renewal agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and Manpower Group
US, Inc., establishing rates and fees for the coordination and provision of temporary staffing
services, is hereby approved.
2. The Human Resources Director is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
