RESOLUTION NO. 2013-965
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH CRAMER AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. OF GRIMES, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2014 BRIDGE DECK
REPAIRS AND OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
777, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,163,182.55, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Cramer and Associates, Inc. of
Grimes, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2014 Bridge Deck Repairs and Ovelay
Program, Contract No. 777, in the amount of $1,163,182.55, signed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 18th day of November, 2013, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said Contract
signed by Western Surety Company of Chicago, Illinois, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said documents.
