RESOLUTION NO. 2026-467
RESOLUTION TO FIX THE VALUE OF LOTS, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2027 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
- ZONE 5B.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has approved the proposed
construction of sidewalk improvements in conjunction with the FY 2027 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program — Zone 5B; and
WHEREAS, Iowa law requires the City Council to fix the value of each lot, parcel, or
tract of land subject to assessment for public improvements prior to the levy of special
assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the valuation information applicable to the
properties included within the FY 2027 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program — Zone 5B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That the value of each lot, parcel, or tract of land subject to assessment in conjunction
with the FY 2027 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program — Zone 5B is hereby fixed as set forth in
the valuation schedule on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. That the valuation schedule is hereby approved.
