RESOLUTION NO. 2026-447
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 8, 2026, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2027
SERGEANT ROAD TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 1091,
AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, proposes to undertake the FY 2027 Sergeant
Road Trail Repairs project, Contract No. 1091; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing concerning the proposed project and
contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That a public hearing to review the proposed project and contract documents for the
FY 2027 Sergeant Road Trail Repairs project, Contract No. 1091, is hereby scheduled for
September 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
2. That community members and stakeholders are encouraged to attend and provide
feedback regarding the FY 2027 Sergeant Road Trail Repairs project, Contract No. 1091.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said public hearing as
required by law.
