RESOLUTION NO. 2026-449
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CANCELLATION OF A
SIDEWALK ASSESSMENT FOR 275 HAMMOND AVENUE,
CERTIFICATE NO. 35-0017977, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$254.63.
WHEREAS, the property located at 275 Hammond Avenue, Certificate No. 35-0017977,
in the City of Waterloo had an assessment levied against it in error in the amount of $254.63, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council that the assessment be cancelled
as the property was billed in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The sidewalk assessment in the amount of $254.63 for the property located at 275
Hammond Avenue, Certificate No. 35-0017977, is hereby canceled.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer
of the cancellation of the above assessment.
