RESOLUTION NO. 2026-453
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY I & S GROUP, INC., OF 314 E.
4TH ST, WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$23,700.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN
BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER ADDITION, PROJECT
NO. 21042.
WHEREAS I & S Group, Inc., of 314 East 4th Street, Waterloo, Iowa, has performed
work in connection with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Addition, Project No.
21042; and
WHEREAS, the work performed is in the amount of $23,700.00; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City staff has reviewed the work and recommends
acceptance of the completed project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the work has been completed in accordance with
the applicable project requirements and that acceptance of the work is in the best interests of the
City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That completion of the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Addition, Project
No. 21042, including work performed by I & S Group, Inc., of 314 East 4th Street, Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $23,700.00, is hereby approved.
2. That the recommendation for acceptance of the work is hereby approved, and the work
is accepted on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2026.
