RESOLUTION NO. 2026-454
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
315 E. 4TH STREET TO TRY PIE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00 AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, owns real property located at 315 E. 4th Street;
WHEREAS, Try Pie, has offered to purchase said property for $1.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the sale and conveyance of said property is in the
best interests of the City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That the sale and conveyance of the City -owned property located at 315 E. 4th Street
to Try Pie for the purchase price of $1.00, is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
