RESOLUTION NO. 2026-457
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
APPROXIMATELY 966 SQUARE -FEET OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY, LOCATED NORTH AND SOUTH OF 1130
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, TO PEBBLE HILL, LLC, A DELAWARE
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,728.80,
SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION OF AN EASEMENT OVER, UNDER,
UPON, AND ACROSS THE DESCRIBED TRACTS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, owns real property located at 1130 Ansborough
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Pebble Hill, LLC, has offered to purchase said property for $7,728.80; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the sale and conveyance of said property is in the
best interests of the City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That the sale and conveyance of the City -owned property located at 1130 Ansborough
Avenue to Pebble Hill, LLC, for the purchase price of $7,728.80, is hereby authorized and
approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2026.
