CITY OF WATERLOO CODE OF
ORDINANCES BY REPEALING
AND REPLACING SECTION 541 IN-
CREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CER-
TAIN AREAS (25)FOURTH STREET
IN ITS ENTIRAND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION
541 INCREASING SPEED LIMITS
IN CERTAIN AREAS (25) FOURTH
STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
City of Waterloo Traffic Code Is hereby
amended as follows:
That Subsection (25) Fourth Street
of Sec. 541, Increasing Speed Limits
in Certain Areas. of the 2000 Traffic
Code; is hereby repealed in Its entire-
ty that a new Subsection (25) Fourth
Street of Sec. 541. Increasing Speed
Limits In Certain Areas, of the City of
Waterloo Traffic Code, Is hereby en-
acted In lieu thereof as follows:
(25) Fourth Street -
from Heath Street to Walnut
Street
from Walnut Street to Fifth
Street
from Fifth Street to Kimball
Avenue
from Kimball Avenue to West
Ridgeway Avenue
from West Ridgeway Avenue to
southerly corporate limits
