Randy Girsch-08131/2026 @ 15:00 Property Safety Inspector Randy Girsch-319-961-1450.This property was inspected by me on April 14th 2026 at about 1030hrs.The report of the corrections were completed and emailed out on April 14th 2026.With a reinspection date of May 15th.I have texted Tim Hoekstra from Cedar Valley Property Management multiple times about the reinspection.I text on May 6th telling him we were getting close to the reinspection date.He never set up a reinspection.I text him again June 9th 2026.He did not set any time up again.I text him July 8th again.Nothing was set up for inspections.On 08-20-2026 I sent an email to the email address given to me for Tim and advised him I would need to set up the reinspection due to lack of cooperation.I set the date to August 28th at 1pm.I never received a response.I arrived at the address and waited for 10-15 minutes.Nobody showed up.I will be issuing a fee for $100.00 for not showing up to the appointment and$50 a reinspection fee.I have set the date for the reinspection for Monday September 14th 2026 at 9am.I would expect a representative be there and the corrections made.
