RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT TO MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY WAREHOUSE, LLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Development Agreement and Amendment to
Minimum Assessment Agreement dated November 18, 2013, for the
building located at 2843 Geraldine Road, to better define
timelines for tax rebates and required minimum values on the
project area, by and between Cedar Valley Warehouse, LLC of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 2013.
