Certificates should state 7th day of July 2025. This Affidavit is made to correct the Scrivener's error in the certificates only. All other terms and provisions of Resolution No. 2025-386 and 2025-387 remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Dated this 3rd day of September 2026.
