RESOLUTION NO. 2007-219
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR
FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
WATERLOO.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
specifications, bid documents, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , for Facility Management Services for the
City of Waterloo, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, bid documents, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 2007 .
