COLE above-referenced project.

Two providers that have the capability to design, provide material and install were asked
HAROLD to provide proposals for the project. Maximum Sight and Sound of Waterloo and Sound
Ward3 Concepts of Cedar Rapids submitted proposals, as follows:

The major difference in price is the labor cost of installation.

BOB Maximum Sight and Sound's bid includes the cost of wiring projectors, screen and digital

At-Large
STEVE My recommendation is to award the project to Maximum Sight and Sound of Waterloo
SCHMITT for two major reasons:
At-Large 1. Low bid.
2. Waterloo based company that can service equipment in a timely manner.
