Ward 2 Two providers that have the capability to design, provide material and install were asked HAROLD to provide proposals for the project. Maximum Sight and Sound of Waterloo and Sound Ward3 Concepts of Cedar Rapids submitted proposals, as follows: A%ard3 pp p , QUENTIN M. Maximum Sight & Sound - $ 83,489.99 HART Sound Concepts - $ 103,046.05 Yard 4 The major difference in price is the labor cost of installation. RON Maximum Sight & Sound - $ 7,900.00 r4frzPER Sound Concepts - $ 16,970.00 BOB Maximum Sight and Sound's bid includes the cost of wiring projectors, screen and digital GREENWOOD , displays with line voltage. Sound Concepts bid does not. At-Large STEVE My recommendation is to award the project to Maximum Sight and Sound of Waterloo SCHMITT for two major reasons: At-Large 1. Low bid. 2.
