RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO MAXIMUM
SIGHT AND SOUND OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR FIVE
SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
AUDIO/VISUAL UPGRADE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$83 , 489 . 99 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Maximum Sight and Sound of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $83 , 489 . 99, for the Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention Center Audio/Visual Upgrade, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said purchase .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2010 .
