RESOLUTION NO. 2013-977
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH R & S COMMERCIAL LLC AND R & S RENTAL
LLC (SJ CONSTRUCTION) OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated November 25, 2013, for the
sale of City -owned land located at East 9th and Sycamore Streets
for $1.00, plus up to $2,000.00 in closing costs, for the
relocation and expansion of SJ Construction and the potential
relocation of a home on the block, by and between R & S
Commercial LLC and R & S Rental LLC (SJ Construction) of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
