KINCAID The security system for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center was brought
Ward 4 before the Building and Grounds Committee and the Finance Committee on
RON October 9, 2006. Approval was given to move forward with the project. For a note
WELPER of interest, we have had an attempted break-in since that date.

BOB At the October meeting, it was thought the project would not exceed $22,000;
GREENWOOD however, additional assessment of the project shows the cost would be between
At-Large $25,000 and $28,000.
ERIC GUN DERSON Funds are available in the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center C.I.P. funding.

I would like to set the date of hearing and bid opening for this project for January 8,
2007.
