RESOLUTION NO. 2007-18
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH FIVE SULLIVAN
BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER SECURITY ALARM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Security Alarm, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Security Alarm,
which were preliminarily approved on December 11, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
8, 2007, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Security Alarm, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 2007 .
