RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1088
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER SECURITY ALARM.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost, etc. , for
the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Security Alarm, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of December, 2006.
