RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM HAWKEYE ALARM
AND SIGNAL CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
SECURITY ALARM, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Hawkeye Alarm and Signal Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Security
Alarm, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City

of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 16t
day of January, 2007, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 2007 .
